SITE FOREMAN

A contracting company in Sharjah is looking for a skilled Site Foreman to manage daily on-site activities, supervise labor, and ensure projects are executed according to drawings and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction works and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Coordinate site activities and manage labor workforce

• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment

• Communicate with engineers and report daily site progress

• Resolve on-site issues and maintain project quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision within UAE

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Good leadership and communication skills

• UAE driving license is a plus
