Site Manager

Due to the urgent hiring requirement and visa processing timelines, preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Activities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations for piling, shoring, and foundation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.


• Supervise site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workforce to achieve project objectives.


• Coordinate construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.


• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and milestones.


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and operational issues.


• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity.


• Review and implement construction methodologies for piling, diaphragm walls, secant piles, anchors, micropiles, and shoring systems.


• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.


• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented where required.


• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.


• Participate in project planning meetings and support commercial and contractual matters when required.


• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.


• Minimum 07–10 years of experience in piling, shoring, and deep foundation projects.


• Proven experience managing large-scale foundation works in the UAE.


• Strong knowledge of bored piling, CFA piling, diaphragm walls, secant piles, anchors, micropiles, and ground improvement.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.


• Good communication and coordination skills.


• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.


• Proficiency in MS Office and project planning software.
