Site Supervisor Residential Furnishment Projects

Our
client is a well -established building contractor specializing in residential
refurbishment and fit -out projects across the UAE.

We are recruiting an
experienced Site Supervisor with a strong residential fit -out background to
take ownership of site execution across refurbishment projects in Dubai.

The successful candidate
will coordinate multiple trades including civil works, steel fabrication, MEP,
finishes, false ceilings, painting and associated interior works, ensuring
projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site
  operations across residential refurbishment projects, ensuring works are
  executed in line with drawings, specifications and project requirements while
  effectively monitoring resources, materials and progress to maintain
  productivity and minimize delays.
  
• Coordinate multiple
  trades, subcontractors, site teams, suppliers, project engineers and
  consultants across civil works, steel fabrication, MEP, finishes, false
  ceilings, painting and specialist fit -out activities to resolve site
  challenges, maintain progress and achieve project milestones.
  
• Review drawings, conduct
  site inspections and monitor workmanship to ensure technical accuracy, quality
  and attention to detail throughout project execution.
  

Skills &
Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ UAE
  experience as a site supervisor within residential fit -out or refurbishment
  projects, with strong hands -on experience managing multiple trades and site
  activities to maintain productivity and deliver projects safely within agreed
  timelines.
  
• Strong understanding of
  construction drawings, specifications, site coordination and finishing
  standards, with the ability to interpret technical requirements and ensure
  quality execution.
  
• UAE driving license is
  preferred.
  

Candidate Profile

• Currently residing in
  the UAE.
  
• Good command of written
  and verbal English.
  
• A hands -on and
  accountable site professional with strong ownership of delivery, able to
  resolve challenges independently and maintain high standards of quality, safety
  and workmanship.
  

Education

• Diploma in Construction,
  Civil Engineering or a related field.
