SME/Data Workstream Project Manager for a Banking Project

Oversees the design and execution of:

1. 1. The Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipeline from T24 legacy modules to T24 new modules (Data Migration), and
   2. The Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipeline from T24 new modules to target peripheral solutions and reporting datamarts.

• Data Formulation & Approach: Establish the overarching data migration detail approach, defining key methodologies for incremental delta loads. Formulate the Data strategy for Data extraction from newly introduced T24 modules into peripheral solutions and reporting datamarts.
• Data Mapping: Manage the documentation of all data sources, and target peripheral solutions (e.g., ODS, Reporting engines).
• Vendor Management: Oversee the SI data migration activities and provide guidance and support where required.
•    Governance Framework Setup: Coordinate with SI Vendor handling data migration for establishing data migration standards, sign-off criteria, validation rules, and data privacy guidelines (e.g., masking compliance)
• Extraction Coordination: Lead T24 application owners and DBA teams to extract data from T24 old modules (FT, LD, MM).
•    Cleansing Activities: Partner with business users to execute data cleaning rules
• Source to Target Mapping: Facilitate workshops between business & IT SMEs, and peripheral system owners to map old data fields to new schemas.
• Code Translation Rules: Oversee the creation of transformation logic.
•  Peripheral Synchronization: Ensure data transformation rules accommodate the downstream data feeds needed by peripheral platforms post-go-live
• Mock Execution Cycles:Coordinate with SI Vendor handling Data Migration for the scheduling and execution of multiple Mock Runs to test the performance, speed, and accuracy of ETL pipelines.
• Downtime Optimization: Monitor the technical "migration window" during mock runs, continuously optimizing scripts to a) minimize bank downtime during final cutover and b) minimize the downstream data extraction and loading post go live.
•   Peripheral Loading: Coordinate parallel data loads into peripheral solutions to ensure they are synchronized with the primary T24 banking data state..
• Reconciliation Engine Build: Oversee the SI Vendor for the development of automated reconciliation tools to verify data integrity.
• Reconciliation Runs: Ensure general ledgers, customer balances, and loan portfolios reconcile in full between old and new modules.
•  Defect Management: Lead the triage of data-related bugs back to the transformation or extraction teams.

• Quality & Cleansing Enforcer: Drives initiatives to cleanse, and enrich legacy data, ensuring only trusted data enters the new T24 modules.
• Data Vendor Manager: Oversees and coordinates with SI vendor handling data migration and reconciliation activities
• Workstream Manager: Plan, organize, track and report to PMO governance the data related activities, manage cross functional issues
