Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media platforms, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize results.
• Manage social media community engagement and respond to audience interactions.
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep algahwaalarabiya at the forefront of digital marketing.
• Coordinate with external vendors and influencers as needed to enhance social media presence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a leadership role.
• Influencer outreach and day to day (shooting tools reels TikTok, bts, stories in iPhone or DSLR Light)
• produce the daily content and stream themselves and brief the creative producer for compagin level work
• Bilingual Arabic & English captioning is must
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to drive strategy.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
