Social Media & Content Specialist

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented social media & Content Specialist to take ownership of our digital content presence across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn ideas into engaging content, and knows how to shape, adapt, and distribute content in a way that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

- Transform existing content into engaging, platform-optimized formats suitable for digital audiences.

- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns and content strategies.

- Identify compelling moments, ideas, and narratives within content and present them in a way that resonates with online audiences.

- Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and algorithm updates to maximize reach and performance.

- Collaborate with content, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless content flow and distribution.

- Optimize content for each platform, including captions, hooks, thumbnails, and format adjustments.

- Create simple visual assets using tools like Canva and support quick content edits when needed.

- Monitor performance and generate insights on content performance, engagement, and growth.

- Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and brand identity across all platforms.

Requirements

- Proven experience in social media management or digital content.

- Strong understanding of content formats across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

- Ability to recognize engaging content and shape it into compelling digital formats.

- Basic video editing skills and familiarity with fast-paced content production tools.

- Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking.

- Strong sense of storytelling, audience behavior, and digital trends.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content streams efficiently.
