We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media
Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across various
platforms. The ideal candidate should be up -to -date with the latest social
media trends, have a strong eye for engaging content, and be capable of
increasing brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all
social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor trends, reels, and social media algorithms to
adapt content strategy accordingly.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build
community presence online.
Analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports,
and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content
teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and
competitor activity.
Manage paid social media campaigns when required (in
collaboration with digital team or agency).
Support event and campaign coverage in real -time via
stories, lives, and posts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications,
or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and
content trends.
Proven experience in creating and editing Instagram
Reels.
Excellent communication skills and attention to
detail.
Basic design/video editing skills (e.g., Canva,
CapCut, Adobe suite) are a plus.
Experience in content
calendars and analytics tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, etc.).
