Social Media Executive - Dubai - Immediate Hiring

*Job Description: Social Media Executive*

*Location:* Dubai, UAE  

*Experience:* Freshers / 0-2 Years  

*Salary:* AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month + Performance Incentives

*Role & Responsibilities:*

1. On-air/On-camera presentation of promotional content, product demos, and brand stories

2. Generate and close sales by pitching services/packages to clients, upselling, and meeting monthly sales targets

3. Create engaging social-media content including videos, reels, stories, and posts to drive traffic and conversions

4. Interact with walk-in customers and inbound leads, provide product information and close deals

5. Maintain a presentable, bold and confident demeanor in front of camera and audience

6. Track sales performance, prepare daily/weekly reports, and suggest improvement ideas

7. Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams for seamless campaign execution

8. Monitor social media trends and manage content calendars

*Requirements:*

1. Fresh graduate (any degree). Prior sales experience preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates

2. Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is a plus

3. Proven ability to handle sales targets. Basic sales exposure or internship counts

4. Comfortable with camera presence. Must be presentable, bold, and not camera-shy

5. Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms

6. Must have a valid UAE residence visa. Company will assist with sponsorship if needed

7. Two-wheeler/bike is a must for easy mobility

Work Location: Dubai, UAE.
