Software Delivery Manager (Vietnamese Speaking)

Our client is looking for a Vietnamese speaking Software Delivery managed, based in Dubai. The client is a well established software development firm in the SAAS field. We are looking for a senior delivery manager who can help manage their outsourced team based out of Vietnam. You must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese. Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Software Delivery Manager (Vietnamese Speaking). As a Software Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with software delivery projects. This includes coordinating software teams, ensuring sprint timelines and milestones are met, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications & experience needed

• Must be proficient in both Vietnamese and English
• 5+ years experience in SAAS and related technology company's; 
• 5-7 years experience as a senior manager within a technology company; 
• Betting / Gambling experience is beneficial;
• Bachelor's degree in IT or BSC Computer Science or equivalent, with extensive IT management experience;
• Proven record of implementing and managing large scale agile and related systems of management; 
• Experienced in performance management of large technology teams across geographies; 
• Experienced in a variety of coding languages including but not limited to PHP, C#, Node.js, React; 
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture, software development and QA; 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including public speaking, presentations, coaching and facilitating; 
• Significant proven track record in a senior technical role;
• Project Management skills;
• Stakeholder management including client management; 
• Sales and pre-sales experience in a similar industry;
• Analytical Skills, Program Management, and Consulting skills

Responsibilities:

• Managed the outsourced software development team in Vietnam;
• Develop and implement delivery plans, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.
• Manage the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members and ensuring that the project stays on track.
• Identify and manage risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.
• Track progress and make adjustments as needed to keep the delivery on track.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.
• Work with clients or other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
• Lead and Manage a team of developers, QA, project managers and multiple other key profiles.
• Enable stable and performing client implementations of our products;
• Develop and implement delivery management strategies and processes to drive technology project delivery excellence, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction; 
• Ensure effective resource allocation, project prioritisation, and project scheduling to meet agreed timelines and budgets; 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, product, sales, and customer service to define project requirements, scope, and objectives;
• Develop and maintain project metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track project performance and identify areas for improvement;
• Identify and implement tools, technologies, and methodologies to optimise delivery processes, and drive process standardisation and consistency across all technology teams;
