What You'll Achieve

As a Solutions Architect for the Gulf Region, based in the UAE, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, driving technology strategy, influencing executive stakeholders, and architecting business-focused solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. Leveraging expert knowledge of Dell Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), Storage, and Data Protection Solutions (DPS), you will help customers align technology investments with their operational, financial, and strategic objectives.

You Will

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers across the Gulf Region, translating business requirements into outcome-driven technology solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Dell Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), Storage, and Data Protection Solutions (DPS), architecting secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, services, and partner teams to position and implement solutions that deliver measurable customer outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while contributing to regional architecture standards and best practices.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Professional Services, Pre-Sales Engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Expert knowledge of Dell Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), Storage, and Data Protection Solutions (DPS), with the ability to architect end-to-end infrastructure solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data center, hybrid cloud, virtualization, networking, security, and cyber resilience architectures.
• Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts in a business-focused manner.
• Business and financial acumen is preferred.
   

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant Dell Technologies or industry certifications in infrastructure, cloud, storage, data protection, or enterprise architecture.
