Sommelier x 2 (Luxury Dining Venues, Dubai)

We are seeking two experienced Sommeliers to elevate the wine program and guest journey across high-profile venues. Key Responsibilities

• Curate and manage a diverse wine list aligned with the venue’s culinary vision.
• Provide tailored wine recommendations to enhance guest dining experiences.
• Deliver premium wine service, including decanting, pairing, and upselling.
• Support and train service teams in wine knowledge and service etiquette.
• Oversee cellar organization, inventory, and supplier relations.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Sommelier in a respected fine dining brand.
• Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Strong knowledge of Old and New World wines, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Fluency in English and French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• Polished, professional appearance and strong guest-relations skills.
• WSET 2 or equivalent wine certification preferred.
