**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Menu Development:** Create and innovate a diverse range of desserts, cakes, and breakfast dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and flavor.

- **Culinary Excellence:** Prepare and present high-quality, visually appealing dishes with a focus on taste and consistency.

- **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- **Quality Control:** Ensure all dishes meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and safety.

- **Ingredient Management:** Oversee the selection and procurement of fresh, high-quality ingredients.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, with a strong background in pastry and breakfast cuisine.

- **Creativity:** Demonstrated ability to create innovative and appealing desserts, cakes, and breakfast dishes.

- **Leadership Skills:** Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate the kitchen team.

- **Passion for Food:** A deep passion for cooking and a commitment to culinary excellence.

- **Attention to Detail:** Meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of food preparation and presentation.
