Services Sales Representative.

Responsible for a set of products and services, they get to know their portfolio inside and out. Our Inside Sales teams rely on them for technical advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email. 

What you’ll achieve: 

As a Services Sales Representative, you will learn the portfolio and assist with quoting, configuration checks, and availability confirmations. You will prepare pricing and product information for Inside Sales representatives and customers. You will build foundational skills in communication, systems, and customer service.

You will:

• Partner with core sales teams to identify opportunities and attach the right services to customer deals.
• Review customer configurations and help scope the appropriate deployment, consulting, or managed services offer.
• Quote services accurately, defend pricing, and communicate the business value and ROI of Dell Services.
• Stay engaged through handoff and expansion to create follow-on services opportunities and long-term customer value.

Essential Requirements 

• 4+ years of related experience
• Basic configuration understanding and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills, Proficiency with Excel and documentation tools
• Familiarity with Dell services, deployment, or managed services offerings

Desirable Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or related field.
