Responsibilities

• Perform complex surgical procedures for a variety of cardiac diseases, including coronary artery disease, heart valve disorders, and congenital heart defects.
• Evaluate patients’ medical histories and diagnostic assessments to determine the most effective surgical procedures.
• Work in close collaboration with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure optimal surgical outcomes and patient safety.
• Monitor patient recovery, addressing any complications promptly and effectively.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding surgical options, risks, and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records for all surgical procedures performed.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in cardiac surgery and integrate best practices into clinical workflows.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Cardiac Surgery.
• Board certification in Cardiac Surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
• Significant experience in performing cardiac surgical procedures, ideally in a specialist role.
• In-depth understanding of cardiac anatomy, surgical methods, and patient care strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure while providing compassionate patient care.
