Specialist - Brain Injury Medicine

SearchPlus HR is looking for a skilled Specialist in Brain Injury Medicine to join our professional healthcare team. In this vital position, you will provide expert medical care for patients suffering from various types of brain injuries, aiming to improve their functional outcomes and quality of life.

You will be responsible for performing comprehensive assessments, establishing accurate diagnoses, and crafting personalized treatment plans. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure coordinated, patient-centered care that supports rehabilitation and long-term recovery.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and diagnostic assessments of brain injury patients.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary for effective recovery.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on brain injury management.
• Maintain current knowledge of advances and best practices in brain injury medicine.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active and valid medical license.
• Residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Neurology or a related specialty.
• Board certification or eligibility in Brain Injury Medicine or relevant subspecialty preferred.
• Proven experience in assessment and management of brain injury cases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
