Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients requiring cardiac surgical interventions, ensuring accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Perform a wide range of cardiac procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries, complex valve repairs, and coronary interventions.
• Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Manage the pre-operative and post-operative care processes, optimizing patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Engage in patient and family education, providing guidance on procedures, risks, and recovery expectations.
• Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement projects, and the development of surgical protocols.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in cardiac surgery and integrate best practices into clinical work.

Qualifications:

• MD or equivalent medical degree, with board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Completion of a cardiothoracic surgical fellowship program.
• Extensive experience in performing a variety of cardiac surgeries within a high-volume surgical environment.
• Strong expertise in advanced surgical techniques and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
