Specialist Cardiothoracic Surgeon - Government Healthcare Facility

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories and performing physical examinations

• Ensure effective pre- and post-operative care for all patients

• Education and mentorship of residents and junior medical staff as part of the training program

• Board certification in cardiothoracic surgery is preferred
• Extensive experience in the management and surgical treatment of cardiovascular and thoracic conditions
• Proficient in advanced surgical techniques and technologies relevant to the cardiothoracic field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
