Description
Key Responsibilities

Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR Centers of Excellence initiatives and programs.

Assist in managing talent management processes, including succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential employee programs.

Coordinate and support the annual performance management cycle.

Analyze workforce and HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Contribute to the design and enhancement of policies, frameworks, and processes related to talent and organizational effectiveness.

Monitor HR metrics, KPIs, and dashboard reporting to measure program effectiveness.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support strategic people initiatives.

Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture enhancement programs.

Conduct benchmarking and research on HR best practices and industry trends.

Develop reports, presentations, and business cases for leadership review.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Master's degree or professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is preferred.

Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, or HR Analytics.

Experience within healthcare or large, complex organizations is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of talent and performance management frameworks.

Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Knowledge of HR best practices, organizational development, and employee lifecycle management.

Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
