Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and immunology.
• Interpret test results and provide accurate and timely reports to facilitate clinical decisions.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss test findings and recommend further testing or treatment options.
• Engage in continuous education and training to stay current with advances in clinical pathology.
• Supervise and mentor laboratory staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of laboratory protocols and procedures.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Clinical Pathology.
• Board certification in Clinical Pathology.
• Valid medical license to practice.
• Extensive experience in a clinical laboratory setting with a strong emphasis on diagnostic testing.
• In-depth knowledge of laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and quality assurance practices.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
