In this pivotal role, you will provide specialized surgical care for patients with disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.

As a Specialist Colon & Rectal Surgeon, you will utilize your expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of colorectal conditions. Your responsibilities will involve performing advanced surgical procedures, collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team, and guiding patients through their treatment journeys in a private healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed patient evaluations, including thorough medical histories and clinical assessments.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as colonoscopy and imaging studies, to aid in diagnosis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient preferences.
• Execute a range of surgical procedures, utilizing both traditional and minimally invasive techniques.
• Deliver comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about surgical options, risks, and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate high-quality patient care.
• Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation as per compliance standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain at the forefront of colorectal surgery advancements.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and respect patient confidentiality at all times.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a current medical license to practice.
• Completion of residency in General Surgery and fellowship training in Colon and Rectal Surgery.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of colorectal diseases.
• High level of proficiency in performing complex surgical procedures related to colon and rectal health.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing patient records.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for ongoing education.
• Adherence to all health and safety regulations and ethical practices in clinical settings.

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
