SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Specialist/Consultant in Pain Medicine to join our esteemed healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing complex pain conditions in patients. Your expert knowledge will enable you to create tailored treatment plans that encompass both medical and interventional approaches to effectively alleviate pain and improve overall patient quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their pain conditions and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans using a range of therapeutic modalities.
• Perform interventional procedures, such as nerve blocks and injections, to manage pain effectively.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate and support patients and their families on pain management strategies and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active medical license.
• Completion of residency training in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine, or a related specialty.
• Board certification in Pain Medicine is highly preferred.
• At least [X years] of experience in pain management or a related field.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current pain management techniques and assessments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
