As a Specialist/Consultant, your responsibilities will include providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures, participating in multidisciplinary team discussions, and ensuring the utmost safety and comfort throughout the surgical journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments to evaluate patient eligibility and develop anesthesia plans.
• Create and implement tailored anesthesia strategies that address individual patient needs during cardiac surgeries.
• Administer anesthesia and continuously monitor patients’ vital signs during operations.
• Provide immediate post-operative supervision and care, managing recovery and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to optimize treatment outcomes and patient safety.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to remain updated on the latest advancements in cardiac anesthesia.

Qualifications:

• MD or equivalent with board certification in Anesthesiology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in cardiac anesthesia.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac physiology and surgical procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.

Education:

• Undergraduate degree; doctoral degree in medicine completion of a residency program in anesthesiology and a cardiac anesthesiology fellowship.
