Specialist/ Consultant Cardiovascular Surgeon

In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing expert surgical care for patients suffering from complex cardiovascular conditions. Your contributions will not only enhance patient health outcomes but also support the overall mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients, including detailed medical histories and diagnostic assessments.
• Diagnose a variety of cardiovascular diseases and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct advanced surgical procedures, encompassing coronary artery bypass grafts, valve repairs, and other intricate cardiovascular surgeries.
• Monitor and manage patients during the pre-operative and post-operative phases to ensure optimal recovery.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide integrated patient care.
• Engage in educational initiatives and research to keep abreast of the latest developments in cardiovascular surgery and improve surgical techniques.

• MD or equivalent degree with a specialization in cardiovascular surgery.
• Completion of a residency program in general surgery followed by a fellowship in cardiovascular surgery.
• Board certification in cardiovascular surgery is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in performing complex cardiovascular surgeries and managing post-operative care.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with patients and medical teams.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in surgical practices.

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
