Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to diagnose cardiovascular conditions through thorough physical exams and diagnostic imaging studies.
• Formulate and implement appropriate surgical and non-surgical treatment plans.
• Perform complex cardiovascular surgical procedures safely and effectively.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care, ensuring optimal recovery and monitoring for potential complications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, nurses, and other specialists.
• Stay updated on the latest research, technologies, and techniques in cardiovascular surgery, participating in continuous education and training.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a specialization in cardiovascular surgery.
• Completion of a general surgery residency followed by a fellowship in cardiovascular surgery.
• Board certification in cardiovascular surgery is strongly preferred.
• Several years of experience in performing cardiovascular surgeries.
• In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, surgical techniques, and post-operative care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Dedication to ongoing learning and professional development in the field.
