Specialist / Consultant ENT Surgeon | Western Specialist -Leading Healthcare UAE

SearchPlus HR is seeking qualified and experienced ENT Specialists and Consultant ENT Surgeons to join leading hospitals and multispecialty healthcare facilities in the UAE. This opportunity is suitable for internationally trained medical professionals with recognised specialist qualifications and extensive experience in diagnosing and treating disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck structures.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive ENT care, perform relevant surgical procedures, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes through evidence-based clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions in adult and paediatric patients, as applicable.
• Perform comprehensive ENT examinations and interpret diagnostic investigations, including audiological assessments and endoscopic evaluations.
• Manage conditions such as chronic sinusitis, tonsillitis, hearing disorders, nasal obstruction, voice disorders, and ear infections.
• Perform ENT surgical procedures according to clinical expertise, hospital privileges, and patient requirements.
• Manage nasal and sinus disorders, including appropriate endoscopic sinus surgery where indicated.
• Evaluate and treat patients with hearing loss, balance disorders, and other otological conditions.
• Assess and manage head and neck conditions within the scope of specialist practice.
• Develop individualised treatment plans, including medical management, surgical intervention, and postoperative follow-up.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech and language therapists, radiologists, and other medical specialists.
• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and recovery.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical governance, infection-control, and patient-safety standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, and continuing professional development.

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Recognised postgraduate specialist qualification in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT).
• UK CCT, American Board Certification, Australian specialist qualification, or an equivalent recognised qualification is preferred.
• Relevant clinical experience in ENT diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management.
• Strong expertise in managing common and complex ENT conditions.
• Excellent clinical judgement, surgical skills, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Eligibility for Specialist or Consultant licensing in the UAE, subject to the relevant health authority's qualification and experience requirements.
