Specialist/ Consultant Gastroenterology

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a variety of gastrointestinal disorders while providing outstanding care to patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, using your expertise to make critical decisions and develop effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with gastrointestinal complaints.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests, including lab work, imaging studies, and endoscopies.
• Diagnose and treat a range of conditions, including inflammatory bowel disease, hepatitis, and gastrointestinal cancers.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that adhere to clinical guidelines.
• Conduct endoscopic procedures with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain updated on advancements in the field of gastroenterology.

• MD or equivalent medical degree specializing in Gastroenterology.
• Board certification in Gastroenterology preferred.
• Minimum X years of experience in a gastroenterology practice.
• In-depth knowledge of gastrointestinal diseases and treatment options.
• Experience in performing endoscopic procedures is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate patient and team interactions.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and pursuing ongoing education.
