SearchPlus HR is in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable Specialist/Consultant Hematologist to join our esteemed healthcare team. In this important role, you will focus on diagnosing, treating, and managing diseases related to the blood and bone marrow, including but not limited to anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, and clotting disorders.
As a Specialist/Consultant Hematologist, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive patient assessments, interpreting various diagnostic tests, and creating tailored treatment plans. Your expertise will be essential for delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes for individuals with hematological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed assessments of patients, including medical histories and physical examinations specific to hematologic disorders.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood smears, bone marrow biopsies, and coagulation profiles.
Diagnose and manage a variety of hematologic conditions, developing personalized treatment strategies.
Administer and monitor treatment regimens, which may include chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and clinical trials.
Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
Educate patients and their families about hematologic disorders and treatment options.
Stay current with the latest research and advancements in hematology to inform clinical practice.
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Participate in tumor board discussions and case management meetings.
Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Hematologist.
Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Hematology.
Board certification or eligibility in Hematology.
Extensive experience in diagnosing and managing hematological disorders.
Strong understanding of blood disorders and current treatment protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to high-quality patient care and patient education.
Interest in research and keeping abreast of advancements within hematology.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical integrity in patient care.
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
