Specialist/ Consultant Oncologist

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Specialist/Consultant Oncologist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management for patients dealing with various forms of cancer.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating patient histories, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, formulating personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with suspected or diagnosed cancers.
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests to aid in accurate diagnosis.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and clinical trials.
• Monitor patient progress, managing treatment-related side effects and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons and radiologists, to deliver integrated patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and resources available.
• Engage in continuous professional development and research initiatives to enhance clinical knowledge in oncology.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Oncology.
• Current medical licenses and certifications relevant to oncology practice.
• Experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of oncological diseases.
• Strong understanding of oncology best practices and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy in patient interactions.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary framework.
• Proficiency in administering chemotherapy and other oncologic treatments.
• Courage to stay informed about the latest advancements in oncology through continuing education.
• Ability to evaluate clinical data and make informed treatment decisions.
