In this pivotal role, you will provide specialized surgical care for patients dealing with various conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, and face, contributing to enhanced capabilities and quality of life.
As a Specialist/Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing a range of surgical procedures, including extractions, corrective jaw surgery, and treatment of facial injuries and deformities. You will work closely with patients to assess their conditions, devise appropriate treatment plans, and provide comprehensive post-operative care.

Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose patients with conditions related to the oral and maxillofacial region
Plan and perform a wide range of surgical procedures including dental implants, jaw reconstruction, and facial trauma surgery
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients
Collaborate with dental and medical professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans
Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and post-surgical care
Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation and records
Stay current on advancements and best practices in oral and maxillofacial surgery
Uphold ethical standards and ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
Medical degree with valid dental and surgical licensure
Completion of residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Fellowship training or specialization in a pertinent area is preferred
Proven experience in performing complex oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
In-depth knowledge of surgical techniques, procedures, and advances in the field
Exceptional diagnostic and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
Attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities
Commitment to patient-centered care and the highest standards of safety
Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and education
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic clinical environment
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance
