As a Specialist/Consultant in this field, you will execute various surgical procedures, from routine extractions to complex reconstructive surgeries. Your role will also involve pre-operative planning, post-operative care, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose oral and maxillofacial conditions through thorough examinations and patient history reviews.
• Develop and implement personalized surgical treatment plans by evaluating each patient's unique needs.
• Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to jaw realignment, dental implants, and trauma surgery.
• Provide comprehensive care throughout the surgical process, including pre-operative assessments and follow-up visits.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment choices, potential complications, and aftercare.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including dentists and medical staff, to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain detailed medical records and documentation for all patient encounters.
• Participate in continuing medical education and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
• Uphold ethical standards and best practices in all surgical procedures and patient interactions.

• Medical degree with a current dental and surgical license.
• Completion of a recognized residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Preferred fellowship training or additional certifications in specialized areas related to maxillofacial surgery.
• Demonstrated experience with advanced techniques in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Strong understanding of surgical protocols, patient management, and restorative procedures.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to educate and support patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Dedication to maintaining patient-centered care and ensuring safety in all practices.

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
