Specialist/ Consultant Orthodontist

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Specialist/Consultant Orthodontist to join our team dedicated to delivering exceptional orthodontic care. In this role, you will focus on diagnosing and treating patients with dental and facial irregularities, enhancing their health, function, and aesthetics.

Your expertise in orthodontics will allow you to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, using advanced techniques and appliances. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and educate patients about their treatment options.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of dental and facial structures to diagnose orthodontic issues
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans, using various orthodontic appliances
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary to achieve optimal results
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans and oral hygiene
• Coordinate with dental staff and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in orthodontics and implement best practices
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations
• Uphold high standards of ethical practice and patient care in the clinic

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
• Board certification or eligibility for certification in orthodontics
• Demonstrated experience in clinical orthodontics with a strong patient care focus
• Proficient in the use of orthodontic software and imaging technology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong commitment to patient care
• Willingness to engage in ongoing education and professional development
• Compassionate and empathetic with a patient-centered approach

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
