Specialist/ Consultant Pathologist

As a Specialist/Consultant Pathologist, you will be responsible for examining and analyzing tissue samples, blood, and other specimens to provide accurate diagnoses. Your role is vital in collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed examinations and analyses of pathological specimens
• Generate comprehensive pathology reports that clearly communicate findings
• Consult with other medical professionals regarding diagnosis and treatment options
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases
• Maintain laboratory standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Engage in ongoing education and research to remain current with advancements in pathology

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of a residency program in Pathology
• Board certification in Pathology is preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in both anatomic and clinical pathology
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
• Experience in laboratory operations and safety compliance
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical teams
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
