Specialist / Consultant Pediatric Surgeon

SearchPlus HR is looking for a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Surgeon to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing surgical procedures on infants, children, and adolescents, dealing with a wide range of surgical conditions and emergencies.

As a Pediatric Surgeon, you will work in a collaborative environment, interacting with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Your expertise in pediatric surgery will make a significant difference in the lives of young patients and their families, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes and support throughout their surgical journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of pediatric surgical patients.
• Diagnose surgical conditions and provide appropriate treatment options.
• Perform a variety of surgical procedures tailored to the needs of children.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care, monitoring recovery and managing complications.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families about surgical procedures and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care.
• Engage in continued education and research to remain updated on the latest advancements in pediatric surgery.

Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree with completion of residency and fellowship in Pediatric Surgery.
• Board certification in Pediatric Surgery is preferred.
• Proven experience in pediatric surgical practice.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Compassionate patient-centered approach with a strong commitment to children’s health.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
