Specialist/ Consultant Pulmonologist

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist/Consultant Pulmonologist to join our expanding network of healthcare professionals. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various respiratory conditions, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Your role as a Specialist/Consultant Pulmonologist will involve conducting thorough medical evaluations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating tailored treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and remain updated with the latest developments in pulmonology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients with respiratory symptoms, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Order and interpret a variety of diagnostic tests, such as chest x-rays, CT scans, and pulmonary function tests.
• Diagnose and manage respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD, pneumonia, and lung cancer.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families about respiratory health, treatments, and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in pulmonology through continuous education and professional development.

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Pulmonology.
• Extensive clinical experience in diagnosing and managing respiratory diseases.
• Thorough understanding of pulmonary testing and treatment options.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex respiratory conditions.
• Detail-oriented with effective time management skills to handle patient caseloads.
