SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for a Specialist/Consultant Rheumatologist to join our esteemed medical team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of rheumatic diseases, including arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune disorders.
As a Specialist/Consultant Rheumatologist, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests, and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care and the overall health outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough evaluations of patients including medical history and physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage rheumatic diseases based on current clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests as required, including laboratory tests and imaging studies.
Develop individualized treatment plans which may include medication management, physical therapy, and lifestyle modifications.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation and outcomes.
Participate in continuing medical education and remain current with advances in the field of rheumatology.
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Rheumatologist.
Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine followed by a fellowship in Rheumatology.
Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology.
Demonstrated experience in the diagnosis and management of various rheumatic diseases.
Strong clinical judgment and excellent diagnostic skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to engage in research, professional development, and stay informed about the latest advancements in rheumatology.
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
