Specialist/ Consultant Spine Surgeon

The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in surgical techniques to diagnose and treat various spinal conditions while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments through clinical evaluations and diagnostic imaging.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that consider both surgical and non-surgical interventions for a range of spinal disorders.
• Perform advanced spinal surgeries, prioritizing minimally invasive techniques when appropriate.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery for patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for complex cases.
• Educate patients and their families on spinal health, treatment options, and rehabilitation processes.
• Stay informed about advancements in spine surgery and integrate new techniques as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all healthcare regulations and standards.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency training in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in Spine Surgery highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in spine surgery.
• Proficiency in a wide range of spine surgical procedures, with a strong focus on minimally invasive techniques.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with patients and healthcare teams.
