SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Specialist/Consultant in Stroke Medicine to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this integral role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing patients with acute and chronic stroke conditions. Your expertise will be vital in providing high-quality care, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and leading initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients with cerebrovascular disorders and stroke symptoms.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including imaging and laboratory studies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about stroke prevention, management, and recovery.
• Participate in research, clinical trials, and quality improvement projects.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior physicians and healthcare staff.
• Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and stroke care guidelines.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Stroke Medicine or relevant specialty.
• Significant clinical experience in treating stroke patients.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical judgment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
• Research publications or involvement in clinical studies is desirable.
