Specialist / Consultant Visceral

SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a highly qualified Specialist/Consultant Visceral to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be specializing in visceral surgery, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions related to the abdominal organs.

In this role, you will perform complex surgical procedures, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide holistic patient care, ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of medical treatment. Your expertise will be essential in improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our surgical department.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with visceral organ diseases
• Perform advanced surgical techniques on the abdominal organs, including the stomach, liver, pancreas, and intestines
• Collaborate with specialists to develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Monitor and manage patient recovery post-surgery
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, post-operative care, and lifestyle modifications
• Participate in surgical department meetings, case discussions, and continuous education
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of patient care
• Maintain accurate and updated surgical records and documentation
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in visceral surgery and related techniques

• Medical degree and valid license to practice medicine
• Completion of residency training in General Surgery
• Fellowship training in Visceral Surgery or a related specialty
• Board certification or eligibility in General and Visceral Surgery
• Extensive experience in performing various visceral surgical procedures
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress surgical environment
