SearchPlus HR is searching for a highly skilled Specialist/Consultant in Visceral Surgery to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Visceral Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a broad range of conditions related to the abdominal organs, including the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, and other related structures.
Your role will encompass both surgical and non-surgical treatments, working closely with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. You will be instrumental in performing complex surgical procedures and ensuring positive patient outcomes through effective communication and management strategies.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of patients with abdominal and visceral health issues
Plan and execute surgical procedures on the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, and other visceral organs
Utilize advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive approaches, when appropriate
Monitor patient recovery and provide post-operative care and consultations
Collaborate with other specialists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation of procedures
Stay informed about advancements and best practices in visceral surgery
Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatment options, and expected outcomes
Adhere to safety and ethical standards in surgical practice
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and valid medical license to practice
Completion of surgical residency training with a focus on visceral surgery
Board certification in General Surgery or equivalent
Proven experience in performing visceral surgical procedures
In-depth knowledge of visceral anatomy and surgical techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and families
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
Compassionate attitude towards patient care and a strong desire to improve patient outcomes
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
