Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) setting.
• Monitor and manage complex medical conditions requiring intensive interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Conduct regular assessments and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding treatment options and prognoses.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in critical care medicine.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation per healthcare standards.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Critical Care Medicine.
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine is preferred.
• A valid medical license to practice.
• Proven experience in an ICU or critical care setting with a focus on complex patient care.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make fast-paced decisions in emergencies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
