As a Specialist Endocrinologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad spectrum of hormonal and metabolic conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver cutting-edge care and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients with endocrine disorders through clinical evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies.
• Manage complex cases including diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and pituitary conditions.
• Provide patient education on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventative care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for integrated patient management.
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility.
• Maintain thorough documentation consistent with regulatory standards and facility policies.

• Medical degree with specialization in endocrinology and a valid license to practice.
• Board certification in Endocrinology or equivalent accreditation.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in endocrinology, preferably in a tertiary healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a variety of endocrine conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
