As a Specialist in Family Medicine, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services, including the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of medical conditions affecting individuals and families. You will play a crucial role in promoting preventative healthcare, chronic illness management, and comprehensive care tailored to the diverse needs of the patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests on patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Create personalized treatment plans and educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital protocols
• Participate in community health initiatives and patient education programs
• Stay updated on advancements in family medicine

• Medical degree and valid medical license as a Specialist in Family Medicine in the UAE
• Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a family medicine setting, preferably in a government or large healthcare organization
• Strong patient assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Knowledge of the UAE healthcare system and public health policies is an advantage
