Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert family medicine care to patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic health conditions effectively.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary primary care team to improve clinical practices and patient care quality.
• Develop and implement primary care strategies, protocols, and policies to optimize service delivery.
• Coordinate patient care pathways and collaborate with specialists to ensure integrated healthcare services.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and quality improvement initiatives within the primary care department.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Engage in continuous professional development and encourage team learning and development.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Family Medicine.
• Board certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Valid and current medical license to practice in Sharjah/UAE.
• Proven clinical experience as a Family Medicine Physician with leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of primary care management and healthcare quality improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational goals.
