Specialist General Surgeon with DHA

We are eeking a qualified and experienced Specialist General Surgeon with DHA licensing to join our reputable healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality surgical care to a diverse range of patients, utilizing your specialized skills and knowledge of general surgery to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking and physical examinations, to determine the need for surgical intervention
• Perform various general surgical procedures, adhering to best practices and safety protocols
• Manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care to ensure the highest quality of patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient treatment plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding surgical options and recovery processes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and surgical audits to enhance service delivery
• Stay abreast of advancements in surgical techniques and contribute to ongoing medical education
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions and procedures

• Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of a recognized residency program in General Surgery
• DHA license or eligibility for licensure as a Specialist General Surgeon in Dubai
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience post-residency
• Demonstrable experience in a wide range of general surgical procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing patient engagement
• Effective teamwork abilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping up-to-date with medical advancements
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
