Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various blood disorders, including anemia, clotting disorders, hemophilia, and hematologic malignancies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition.
• Perform bone marrow biopsies and other diagnostic procedures as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Provide patient education regarding disease processes, treatments, and management strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest advances in hematology and participate in clinical research activities.
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation in compliance with healthcare guidelines and standards.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Hematology.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in Hematology is preferred.
• Valid medical license to practice in the UAE, specifically Sharjah.
• Proven experience in managing a broad spectrum of blood disorders and hematological conditions.
• Proficiency in performing diagnostic procedures pertinent to hematology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
