As a Specialist - Neonatologist, you will provide expert care to newborn infants, particularly those requiring intensive medical attention due to prematurity, illness, or congenital disorders. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalized and comprehensive neonatal care, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized medical care to newborn infants, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and management of neonatal conditions.
• Monitor and assess the health status of neonates in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) and other care settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with families, providing education, support, and guidance throughout the care process.
• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance neonatal care delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in neonatology and engage in continuous professional development.

• Medical degree with valid licensure and certification as a Specialist Neonatologist.
• Proven experience working in neonatal intensive care units or equivalent settings.
• In-depth knowledge of neonatology practices, procedures, and advancements.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in managing complex neonatal cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with families and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in a high-pressure environment.
• Dedication to patient-centered care and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Relevant fellowship or specialized training in neonatology is preferred.
