Specialist Neonatologist (Arabic) - Abu Dhabi

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Specialist Neonatologist (Arabic) to join our team and contribute to the well-being of newborn babies in Abu Dhabi. Your Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized medical care to newborn infants, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive measures.

• Monitor and manage the health status of premature and/or sick infants, and oversee their growth and development.

• Attend high-risk deliveries and provide assistance and support to the delivery team.

• Perform specialized procedures related to neonatal care, such as intubation, surfactant therapy, and neonatal resuscitation.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and efficient patient care.

• Educate parents on the care and treatment of their newborns, and provide them with support and guidance.

• Conduct research and develop protocols for neonatal care to improve patient outcomes.

• Participate in medical conferences and seminars to stay updated on the latest advancements in neonatal medicine.

• Ensure compliance with medical standards and guidelines, and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited university.

• Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.

• Board certification in neonatology.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a neonatologist.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for providing high-quality care to newborns and their families.

• Familiarity with relevant medical technology and equipment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
