Position Overview

The Specialist Oral and Dental Surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of oral health issues through surgical interventions. This role requires advanced surgical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively within a team of dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' oral health and surgical needs.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans for surgical interventions.
• Conduct complex dental surgeries including extractions, implants, and reconstructive procedures.
• Manage post-surgical care and provide follow-up consultations to ensure successful recovery.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver coherent and effective treatment.
• Keep abreast of advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery and best practices.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Active and valid license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Extensive experience in performing advanced oral and dental surgical procedures.
• Strong knowledge of surgical practices, oral health, and patient management.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.
