As a Specialist in Oral Medicine, you will conduct detailed examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at improving patient quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with oral health issues, utilizing both clinical findings and diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and manage a range of oral diseases, including oral lesions, infections, and systemic conditions with oral manifestations.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic management of patient care.
• Participate in educational programs and mentorship of dental students and residents.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in oral medicine research and clinical practices.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with a specialization in Oral Medicine.
• A valid dental license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating complex oral conditions.
• In-depth understanding of oral medicine, including its principles and innovative treatment methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate and engage patients and students.
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
