Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and develop tailored treatment strategies for each patient
• Utilize both traditional and modern orthodontic appliances, including braces and clear aligners, to create effective solutions
• Monitor patient treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results
• Educate patients and their families on orthodontic procedures, care, and maintenance
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide cohesive patient care
• Stay updated on advancements in orthodontic technology and treatments to continually improve practice
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with industry regulations
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere for patients throughout their treatment journey

• Doctorate in Dentistry (DDS or DMD) with a recognized specialization in Orthodontics
• A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in orthodontics
• In-depth knowledge of orthodontic techniques, tools, and technologies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Competence in using electronic dental records and orthodontic software
• A commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry changes
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a dynamic dental team
